At a recent workshop, I walked the group through an exercise where we listed the characteristics of a bad manager.
Here’s the list. I’m wondering what’s missing.

- Authoritarian
- Bad listeners

I’d add: being more lenient with certain people than others, inconsistently apply rules, waiting too long and letting things get out of hand before taking action.
